Edge sealing is a small detail, but it can affect how a formwork panel behaves during transport and early site use. When plywood edges take in too much moisture, the panel may swell faster than expected. Many buyers therefore ask the factory to check sealing after trimming.
A normal order should confirm size, thickness, film color, glue and packing method. These details are not complicated, but they make receiving easier. When pallet labels are clear, the warehouse can separate different thicknesses without opening every bundle.
