In 2026, China's exports of high-grade plywood (including film-faced categories) performed impressively, with both export scale and efficiency improving, becoming an important driver of industry growth. It is reported that the annual export volume is expected to reach 1.2 million cubic meters, generating 280 million US dollars in foreign exchange, with an average export unit price of 235 US dollars per cubic meter. The RCEP agreement continues to release dividends; in 2026, exports to RCEP member countries are expected to reach 160 million US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 18.9%, with ASEAN, Japan and South Korea as the core export markets.
