Capable of up to 35 pours. Thanks to a waterproof edge-sealing process and phenolic resin impregnation treatment, our products boast a significantly extended service life, allowing for reuse more than 35 times. This ensures smooth and continuous project execution, eliminating the need to replace formwork midway through construction.
Flatness tolerance: ≤0.3mm. Upon demolding, the concrete surface is smooth and level-eliminating the need for sanding and, consequently, the requirement to deploy a dedicated sanding crew. It also results in significant cost savings on plastering and surface repair work.
Daily production capacity: 60,000 sheets. Our robust production capabilities ensure the timely delivery of even the largest orders. For instance, a contractor in Manila ordered 5,000 sheets of formwork for the construction of a 35-story high-rise tower; while the scheduled delivery date was June 20th, the actual delivery was completed ahead of schedule on June 16th.
