1. General
Laminated board is a material commonly used in construction, interior decoration, advertising production and other fields, and its quality is uneven. Therefore, in order to ensure the quality of the laminated board, the corresponding quality standards and specifications have been formulated, and enterprises in the industry should produce and manufacture in strict accordance with the standard requirements to ensure the stability and reliability of product quality.
Second, standards and specifications
(1) Appearance requirements
1. The surface should be flat and free of defects such as breakage and particles.
2. The plastic film covered on the surface should be firm and flat, without defects such as ripples, wrinkles, shrinkage and so on.
(2) Size requirements
1. The length and width should be in line with the enterprise standard specifications.
2. The thickness should be in line with the national standard specifications.
(3) Flatness requirements
1. The flatness of the plate should not be greater than the allowable pressure depth when pressing the plate (as much as 1/1000 of the length of the axis).
2. The average deviation of the compressive strength of the plate should not be greater than 1/100 of the sum of the thickness of the upper and lower surfaces.
(4) Weight requirements
1. The weight of a single sheet should be in line with the national standard specifications.
2. The weight of plates of different thicknesses, lengths and widths should meet the standard specifications of the enterprise.
(5) Curvature requirements
When the specified load is applied to the plate, measured on the shorter side of the plate, the plate should not bend.
(6) Resilience requirements
When the specified load is applied to the plate, measured on the shorter side of the plate, the fracture should not appear.
