Dadi Wood film faced shuttering plywood is manufactured from imported hardwood logs, surfaced with high-density phenolic or melamine resin film. The panel consists of multiple layers of hardwood veneer (poplar, eucalyptus, or poplar-eucalyptus composite), bonded with waterproof adhesives including phenolic, WBP, or melamine glue.
Formwork provides temporary structural support to maintain concrete shape and dimensions during curing. After full hardening, the plywood formwork can be easily stripped, delivering a smooth concrete finish that greatly reduces secondary plastering work.
